Giveaway Terms & Conditions

 

  1. The giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  2. The giveaway starts on March 11th, 2023, and ends on March 19th, 2023, at 11:59 PM EST.
  3. To enter the giveaway, participants must enter their email addresses and/or follow @jbirdybaseballco on Instagram.
  4. Only one entry per person is allowed.
  5. The winner will be chosen at random on March 20th, 2023, and will be notified via direct message. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner will be chosen.
  6. The prize consists of two tickets to a Blue Jays home game and two items of clothing from the legacy collection. Transportation and accommodations are not included in the prize.
  7. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  8. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow us to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes.
  9. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or the Blue Jays organization.
  10. We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time for any reason.
  11. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
