Unfinished Business: Stieb's 1998 Comeback

Dave Stieb was the ace of the Toronto Blue Jays in the 1980’s racking up the most wins of any pitcher in the club's history. With seven All-Star appearances and a no-hitter in 1990, Stieb left a lasting impression on Blue Jay fans forever.
Despite retiring in 1993, Stieb never lost his love for the game. His passion brought him back to the Blue Jays in 1998 at the age of 40 when some thought it was a risky move.  Stieb was driven, motivated and determined to prove he still had it.
His determination inspired fans and players alike. It was a powerful reminder that greatness is about more than just wins and championships— it's about the relentless pursuit of excellence.
His comeback wasn't about the game, it was about a way of life dedicated to never giving up on your dreams.
